Pipe reducer is used for mounting the thermowell or temperature sensors for measurement directly in the medium. Due to the pipe reducer you can be modify the threads in the application of the required thread.

Standard material is iron 11120.

The most commonly used inside threads are G 1/2 "and M 20 x 1.5 and outside thred M 27 x 2.
