The metrology section evaluates compliance of pair resistance temperature sensors according to Appendix no. 2, Procedure D, NV 464/2005 Coll., which implements Directive of European Parliament and Council 2004/22/ES in the Czech Republic.
TThe metrology section performs calibrations of resistance temperature sensors (including sensors with a converter) and electronic direct-reading thermometers in the range of temperatures from -30°C to 400°C.
In the range of temperatures from -30°C to 180°C we perform calibrations in liquid, bath with uncertainty from 0.04°C to ca. 0.1°C depending on temperature, method of measurement and design of the tested device.
We offer calibration of stem sensors, resistance sensors (including sensors with a converter) and electronic direct-reading thermometers in the range of temperatures from 100°C to 400°C in a dry block furnace. Uncertainty of measurement is 0.15 °C to 0.4°C depending on temperature, method of measurement and design of the tested device.
Our laboratory has air conditioned areas, required equipment, direct link of our measuring instruments to ČMI (Czech Metrology Institute) etalons and qualified employees. All of this has already been checked in inter-laboratory comparison of tests in the range from 0 to 180°C. Customers can check these facts with a custom audit.
By law the company SENSIT s.r.o. performs initial calibration of the produced measuring instruments, which is a part of the production process. If the customer requires a proof of calibration, the metrology section offers a possibility to perform the repeated initial calibration of the measuring instruments produced in SENSIT s.r.o. with issuing a respective document.
The metrology section also performs calibrations of the measuring instruments of other producers if their range and design correspond to the above-mentioned possibilities of our laboratory.
Prices of services are a part of the company pricelist.
