
On the basis of the approved application, SENSIT s.r.o. has obtained financial means from the resources of the EU and ESF (the European Social Fund in the Czech Republic) for realization of the project within the framework of the Operational program Human Resources Development called “Development of the specific knowledge and skills of the SENSIT-HOLDING, s.r.o. company’s employees through the mediation of realization of professional education and training“. The project was prepared in cooperation with the company Raven Consulting, a.s.

Brief description of the project:
The project is focused on increasing competitiveness of the company by realization of educational and training activities of the current employees of the company. On the basis of identification of key problem areas in qualification conditions, knowledge and skills of particular employees, the requirements for realization of particular trainings, which are directly aimed at solution of actual needs of increasing employees’ qualification, were set. The project is directly bound to the projects which will proceed at the same time and which cover a part of the training content. Those are projects resulting from a long-term strategy of the company in the area of the policy of quality, environment and work safety. Within the framework of these projects, the relevant standards will be implemented in the company.
The target group of the project consists of the employees of the SENSIT, s.r.o. company in managerial positions and employees at lower levels of the organizational structure.
The company will ensure high-quality basis for the contemporary and future development of human resources in the company by realization of the educational and training activities.
12.02.2007 -
Course of the project “Development of the specific knowledge and skills of the SENSIT-HOLDING, s.r.o. Company’s employees”:
In the period from September 2006, intensive training of the new ERP system users take part at the seat of the company; this system has been set and developed in cooperation of the employees of Vision Praha, s.r.o., so that it could be used for processing specific data acquired in our company.
In November and December the training called “Development of QMS” took place in the company; it focused on specifics of our company in the area of QMS. The managerial employees of the company completed this training.
Other activities are planned for the 1st half of 2007.
04.06.2007 - State of the project
State of the project “Development of the specific knowledge and skills of the SENSIT-HOLDING, s.r.o. company’s employees”:
The project “Development of the specific knowledge and skills of the SENSIT-HOLDING, s.r.o. Company’s employees” continues with slight modifications of the plan.
In the third monitoring report the following key activities were shown:
- “Training of the new ERP of the company” – state: completed
- “EMS training” – state: in progress
- Training “Safe company " – state: in progress
- Training "Using meters" – state: completed
The project will be finished by 30 June 2007.
11.07.2007 - State of the project (2)
The project “Development of the specific knowledge and skills of the SENSIT, s.r.o. company’s employees” has been finished and has met its goals and the project plan.
