
Environment protection threads in the history of the company SENSIT s.r.o. since the beginning of his lifetime. It is difficult to said what kind of activities was starting point of it. It could be the membership of some fellow-workers in Czech Association of Environmentalists or location of the company close to the Protected Landscape Area Beskydy and in administration centre of this institution. Well, the very products of the company SENSIT – temperature sensors – are used as the basic and needful elements in control systems of all kinds and their main function is to minimalize the energy consumption and in consequnce to provide environmental protection. In fact, the owners of the company decided in 2006 to exploit this status and they joined to the system according to the EN ISO 14001 international standard and to implement the regulations of it to the introduced system of quality management. Thus, the waste sorting, the obvious working environment care, care of company surrounding, readiness of the company for possible risks of environmental hazards and reducing of the hazards, the care for products – they cannot come to a dump after ending of their lifetime but they can serve as the source of a secondary draw material – all the activities is executed by the regulations according to the EN ISO 14001 standard.
What can you expect from our company? Perhaps this, that we are going to reduce orderly the environment damage by means of waste – especially hazardous waste - minimization. We are going to reduce utilization of the chemical agents that are classified as hazardous. You can expect that we will press our suppliers to behave to the environment in the same way as our company. Do not expect any declaration that we will keep the legislature precautions and other requirements. The keeping of legislature is sure for us.
