Visit from Finland in our company - representative of the company TAKOWA OY

On 16 - 20 January 2012 we welcomed in our company our sales representative Mr. Mika Hokkanen from the Finnish company TAKOWA OY. Mr. Mika Hokkanen was acquainted with all the assortments of SENSIT company and he participated in technical training. In their free time he visited mountains Pustevny.

We would like to recapitulate what had happened in the our company SENSIT in 2011.

SESNIT Ltd. celebrated 20 years on the market

On 12th and 13th May took place celebration  20 years after the establishment of the company SENSIT Ltd. 12th May, was meeting with business partners, which co-operating with our company.

The past 20 years, gave a stable base for a brand and name company, and also the right impulse to the other successful years.

 

We have prepared for you last year:

1. Contact temperature sensors for measuring surface temperatures

For measuring surface temperatures have been make a number of innovation in year 2011. Sensors are characterized by a pleasant design, improved features and attractive price for all customers.

2. Temperature sensor with very fast response

We introduced the cable temperature sensor SENSIT which can be used as direct immersion (without thermowel) temperature sensor. Its main property is extremely fast response time - τ09 ≤ 1,5sec. The sensor can be applied for precise measurement of laboratory and industrial processes, where can except the rapid changes of temperature. Thanks this you can easily and effectively achieve more accurate control.

3. Air velocity sensors

Thermoelectric sensors and switches of air velocity, series SNP120 and SPP 120, are using the anemometric method of measurement. The products are suitable for the control of air conditioning in a house and office space, heating and ventilation systems and for measuring the intake air in boilers, etc. Download: 54.1a

4. New temperature sensors up to 600 °C with Ingress protection IP 68

We start producing temperature sensors up to 600 ºC. Design of the temperature sensor is similar to the PTS 41. Sensors can be used in various applications in industrial environments with the requirements of higher temperature measuring range. Download: 30.1a, 122.1a

5. Temperature sensors SENSIT in applications measuring temperature of railway vehicles

This year we prepared several new temperature sensors SENSIT for applications measuring temperature of railway vehicles. One of them is the type TR 164 - temperature sensor for electric equipment of locomotives. It is intended to measure the temperature cooler, battery or other parts of the planar surface. The sensor satisfies the requirements for resistance to vibration and impacts according to valid rules.

 

6. Education - SENSIT DIDAKTIK 10

Support for education is part of the philosophy of SENSIT company. SENSIT ltd. in cooperation with university in  Brno prepared set of laboratory tasks in physics on the theme “measuring temperature” for physical practices of technical secondary schools and department of Physics Technical University.

Set includes 8 samples of cable temperature sensors SENSIT type TGL-40, theory and practical exercises.

τ₀₉ - Indicates time by which output signal meets 90% of the final value if the temperature is changed by step. It depends on dimension and material of sensor, also on the environment in which the temperature is measured.

IP 68 - IP Code classifies and rates the degrees of protection provided against the intrusion of solid objects - dust, accidental contact, and water in mechanical casings. The first letter indicates degree of protection against ingress of dust. The second letter means the degree of protection against ingress of liquids. IP 68 is the highest degree of protection. to the temperature sensor don't ingress the dust and the temperature sensor can measure temperature under water - to a depth of 5 m.

Platinum paired temperature sensors

Dear business partners,

We are informing you that starting from 1 July 2010 all the types of platinum paired temperature sensors of SENSIT, s.r.o. will be produced and marketed in conformity with Directive 2004/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on measuring instruments (MID) implemented in the legal order of the Czech Republic through Government Order 464/2005 Coll. and may be supplied without any restrictions to all the countries of the EU.

Information for users of the temperature sensors with the T1-characteristic curve produced by the companies Siemens, Landis and Staefa and Staefa Control System.

The company SENSIT s.r.o. has on its range of products the full-featured equivalents of the temperature sensors Siemens QAE2140.010 and QAP2040.250 with the T1-characteristic curve which is used in temperature sensors for the Staefa Control Systems. There are namely temperature sensors of the type NS 123 and TR 046 Ni2226.

The company SENSIT s.r.o. is able to deliver also other types of temperature sensors with the T1-characteristic curve.
